Allego S3 Insights on Sales Enablement Practices
Allego’s sixth annual Sales Success Summit (S3), a hybrid event held in Boston and online with over 700 sales and marketing leaders, featured keynotes from industry experts and Allego executives, breakout sessions on sales enablement best practices such as proving ROI, continuous learning, and hybrid selling, customer showcases from companies like Johnson & Johnson Vision, and emphasized leadership, teamwork, and resilience through speakers including Benjamin Zander and Jim Davidson.
Allego’s sixth annual Sales Success Summit (S3) brought together more than 700 marketing, sales, enablement, sales training, and learning and development leaders. The hybrid event, held May 23-25 at the Seaport Hotel in Boston and online, featured keynotes from Allego executives and sessions from customers and partners such as Fidelity Investments, eSentire, S&P Global, Inspire Medical, and Corporate Visions.
The event included over a dozen keynotes and breakout sessions, focusing on best practices and new ideas to address current sales enablement challenges. Topics covered included:
- How to uncover the value and prove ROI of sales learning and enablement programs
- New ways to drive continuous learning
- Secrets of successful hybrid selling
Keynotes
The event opened with a keynote from Benjamin Zander, conductor and musical director of the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra and the Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. Zander discussed leadership, teamwork, creativity, and coaching, drawing from his experience in conducting.
Yuchun Lee, Allego CEO and Co-founder, provided insights into the state of the industry and Allego’s vision. Andre Black, Allego Chief Product Officer, presented the 2022 product roadmap.
Yuchun Lee commented on the evolving nature of sales enablement best practices, noting that S3 brings together innovative minds across industries to equip customers with the knowledge and tools needed for success.
On the final day, Allego’s Trailblazer Showcase featured customers such as Johnson & Johnson Vision, Corporate Visions, Strategic Financial Solutions, and DJO Enovis, who shared their innovative Allego use cases. The closing keynote was delivered by Jim Davidson, a resilience expert, mountain climbing expedition leader, and New York Times best-selling author. Davidson spoke about resilience in personal life, teamwork, and leadership.
Will Ambros, Learning Architect & Content Program Manager at Berry Global, shared his positive experience at S3, highlighting the value of collaborating with peers and learning new techniques to bring back to his team.
