Chief Learning Officer Magazine Awards Allego
Allego received the Chief Learning Officer magazine’s Learning in Practice Award for Excellence In Technology Innovation due to its successful deployment of a modern sales learning platform that helped Finastra, following its merger, efficiently upskill geographically dispersed sales teams, streamline onboarding and coaching, and save $170,000 in travel expenses within the first year.
Allego has been recognized by Chief Learning Officer magazine’s Learning in Practice Awards for demonstrating Excellence In Technology Innovation. The award highlights Allego's work with Finastra, a major provider of financial services software.
Following the merger of Misys and D+H in 2017, Finastra's workforce doubled, requiring the company to scale its employee-facing services and programs. A key priority was upskilling the newly combined sales teams on solutions from both legacy companies. By deploying Allego’s modern sales learning and readiness platform, Finastra streamlined and improved its sales-specific onboarding, field coaching, and knowledge sharing processes, resulting in savings of $170,000 in travel and expenses within the first year.
Anna Hiett, Global Head of Sales Training at Finastra, stated that the main challenge was training geographically dispersed teams on new solutions, internal processes, and company strategies. She credited Allego’s platform for enabling Finastra to streamline its sales training program and significantly reduce associated costs.
Allego’s approach allows organizations to move away from traditional, one-size-fits-all sales training models, which are often costly and ineffective. Instead, Allego focuses on enabling sales teams with the skills and timely knowledge needed for every selling scenario, helping them close deals and drive revenue.
Yuchun Lee, CEO and co-founder of Allego, emphasized that this recognition from Chief Learning Officer reflects Allego’s commitment to its customers and its role as a trusted partner in their success.
The Learning in Practice Awards are presented annually to learning leaders and providers who demonstrate excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs.
